Very disappointed stay

So, we booked two king rooms a while back and when we got there, they said they oversold. The front desk was super unhelpful and didn’t even check my payment. We ended up in handicap rooms, no hot water, and a beeping smoke detector. The bar area was alright, but everything else was a mess.
